Role Summary: We are looking for an HR & Admin Lead to manage people operations, hiring coordination, employee engagement, office administration, and compliance. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes while building a strong and efficient workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and onboarding Handle employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation Drive employee engagement, performance review support, and HR policies Manage office administration, vendors, assets, travel, and facility operations Ensure statutory compliance and coordination with external consultants/vendors Support leadership in people planning and culture building Preferred Experience: 8 – 12 years in HR & Administration Experience in startup operations preferred Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance Good communication, vendor management, and organisational skills Ability to work independently across HR and office operations
