Salary: Depends on experienceLocation: Remote We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud expert to support our public sector clients with implementation, documentation, and solution development. This role blends functional know-how with technical acumen to drive successful SaaS-based HCM deployments and develop compelling proposal responses.Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, contributing to solution design and translating client needs into detailed proposal content. Prepare comprehensive materials such as process flows, system specifications, reports, and presentations that align with customer expectations. Collaborate with project managers and technical leads throughout all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery. Conduct thorough quality assurance testing by designing use cases, defining test scenarios, and creating scripts. Support business development efforts by crafting tailored responses to RFPs and maintaining a library of reusable templates and technical assets. Draft clear and compliant technical documentation, including security protocols, integration guidelines, and SaaS-specific policies. Monitor trends, legislation, and competitor strategies within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem, especially within state and local government sectors. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 15+ years of experience in IT delivery with a strong focus on Oracle HCM SaaS. At least 5 years of proven experience working with state and local government agencies or educational institutions. Hands-on experience with successful deployments of Oracle HCM in multiple SLED environments. Deep understanding of HR compliance, labor regulations, and workforce policies in the public sector. Familiarity with SLED procurement and contract processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and other documentation platforms. Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
