What we’re looking for Professional work as a photo editor, picture editor, visual editor, retoucher or photo producer. Daily use of professional tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One. Experience delivering images to a real audience: print, web, social, broadcast or brand work. Comfort explaining why one image works and another doesn’t. Clear written English.
