Based in India, this role will support our experienced hire recruiting efforts by helping build sourcing projects, organize candidate data, and track recruiting metrics. This is a behind-the-scenes operations and sourcing role that partners closely with our U.S.-based recruiters and business teams to keep pipelines organized, market insights updated, and recruiting data accurate and actionable. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Research Support Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and help build and maintain LinkedIn Recruiter projects with ideal candidate profiles. Conduct market and talent research to help the team stay informed on key trends in specific service lines and geographies. Refresh sourcing projects and ensure recruiters have organized, up-to-date talent pools to engage from.
