We’re looking for a Vice President – Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery for our Staff Augmentation services — overseeing operations, fulfillment, and service excellence across key global clients. What You’ll Do: ✔ Lead and scale high-performing delivery & fulfillment teams ✔ Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across client engagements ✔ Drive operational efficiency, workforce planning & compliance ✔ Collaborate closely with Sales, Recruitment & Client Partners ✔ Use data-driven insights to enhance delivery performance What We’re Looking For: • 15 –18 years of IT staffing/delivery experience • Expertise in large-scale staff augmentation programs • Deep understanding of ATS/VMS platforms & delivery metrics • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
