Job Description

Job Purpose: The Learning Operations role is the backbone of the Talent & Learning CoE, responsible for the end-to-end operationalization, governance, communication, and analytics of all learning products and flagship development programmes across SAR. This is a consolidated role combining Learning Engagement and Learning Operations portfolios to drive efficiency, seamless execution, and impactful employee experience. Job Responsilbilities: Own end-to-end backend operations for all learning products including enrollment sheet preparation, validation, and enrollment for centrally run programmes. Own RR registration — manage registrations of all participants and maintain completion status tracking. Manage Mentoring programme enrollment, flows, and lifecycle governance. Own Learning Calendar and iLearn Management — ensure up-to-date scheduling and content governance. Act as Process Owner for iGrow (Executive MBA programme with IIM Calcutta) — manage the full lifecycle including ALP discussions, graduation planning & execution, and mentoring. Drive process flows, reminder mails, and database management for iGrow. Provide operational backbone for flagship programmes: WIL (Women in Leadership), Digital Capability Building campaigns — AInstein, ILP. Coordinate training logistics. Track Hogan Assessments and External Coaching allocations and completions. Build and maintain the L&D Scorecard Dashboard covering: Learning (Mandatory/Non-Mandatory), Functional, Leadership, CWS, Digital, GROW/LinkedIn Learning, and Hi-Po/Performer segmentation. Input to Talent and Learning HRIS. Drive Learning Analytics — generate actionable insights for the learning CoE. Ensure SuccessFactors (SF) 100% Data Updation across all talent and learning records. Drive effective communication across all Talent & Learning processes — PDP, Safer & Faster, LinkedIn Learning, Digital Capability Building. Produce the Learning Snapshot – Quarterly Highlight for stakeholders. Manage Onboarding Mailers + Governance (tracking completion rates, follow-ups). Own Band 3 communications and all process-related communications. Support and execute Learning Townhalls. Track expenses and institutionalize a costing management framework and governance structure. Manage K2 raising and K2 Management for iLearn (A, AA, RR), Safer & Faster, and Digital programmes. Prior experience in Learning Operations, LMS administration, or HR shared services with evidence of managing end-to-end programme logistics, data governance, and communications. Comfort with Excel, dashboards, and SuccessFactors. Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
