Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote)Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript. Ensure the automation framework is scalable, reusable, and easy to maintain. Analyze product requirements and design test cases. Develop automated test scripts for functional, regression, sanity and performance testing. Execute and monitor automated tests, ensuring high coverage and reliable results. Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution. Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues. Own and deliver high quality releases RequirementsTechnical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Playwright for test automation. Extensive experience with JavaScript and TypeScript. Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Proficiency in Git for version control Knowledge of databases , preferably SQL Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, Soap UI or Rest Assured Knowledge of performance testing tools like Jmeter Proficient in SDLC, Test Methodologies, Bug Lifecycle, Test Case development, Risk Assessment Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM Candidate must be cooperative in working on Indian public holiday and he will be getting compensatory off against working on holiday.
