About the Role We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and curious minds to join our Business Development team people who love talking to clients, solving business challenges, and seeing the direct impact of their work. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Leadrat helping clients understand our product, giving engaging demos, and building long-term relationships. You’ll learn how to sell smarter, communicate better, and grow faster in a high-energy, supportive environment. What You’ll Do • Connect with potential clients and build strong professional relationships. • Understand client needs and show them how Leadrat can make their business better. • Give online product demos and presentations with confidence. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals and achieve revenue targets. • Keep track of leads, calls, and meetings using CRM tools. • Learn continuously about products, sales strategies, and industry trends. What We’re Looking For • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • A problem-solver with a positive and energetic attitude. • Comfortable working with numbers, targets, and people. • Someone who enjoys exploring new business opportunities. • Experience with CRM or SaaS products (a plus, not mandatory).
