Job Description
CloudMellow is seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to lead and optimize high-budget, multi-platform PPC campaigns for our clients. This role requires deep expertise in search marketing, strong analytical capability, and the ability to drive revenue-focused outcomes across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and content discovery channels. You will oversee campaign strategy, execution, performance optimization, team mentorship, and reporting ensuring best-in-class paid search delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Develop and manage multi-channel, multi-campaign paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and content discovery platforms. Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training for team members handling assigned campaigns. Lead innovation efforts, pilot testing programs, and adoption of new tools or beta features. Serve as project manager for all search marketing initiatives supporting clients. B. Campaign Management Execute end-to-end campaign management: keyword research, ad group setup, ad creation, landing page alignment, bidding strategies, and budget planning. Manage daily optimization including bid adjustments, pacing, testing, and performance monitoring. Oversee accurate analytic tracking, conversion setup, and troubleshooting. Maintain strong control over budget utilization ensuring monthly pacing targets are met. C. Analytics & Reporting Perform deep performance analysis using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools. Lead A/B and multivariate testing for ad copy, landing pages, bids, and audience segmentation. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, learnings, and strategic recommendations. Present results and recommendations to senior leadership, clients, and internal teams. D. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work Work closely with SEO, content, analytics, and creative teams to align campaign objectives. Coordinate with leadership to define best practices, processes, and optimization frameworks. Participate in cross-team performance reviews and digital strategy discussions. E. Innovation & Industry Updates Stay updated on search marketing and programmatic trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features. Recommend and execute new testing methodologies, targeting strategies, and automation approaches. F. Additional Responsibilities Support tasks outside the core role when needed to assist the company and colleagues. Maintain effective task prioritization in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience managing high-volume paid search campaigns for consumer-facing or large-scale websites. Deep knowledge of Paid Search (PPC) marketing, including keywords, bidding, structure, and optimization. Expertise with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Ads Editor. Hands-on experience with major analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar). Strong skills in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and deriving actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills with exposure to senior leadership reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and performance-driven mindset. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and remote teams. Preferred Skills (an advantage, not mandatory) Google Ads Certifications (must be completed within the first month if not already held). Experience with streaming video, programmatic advertising, or discovery platforms. Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other advanced marketing tools. Experience with advanced remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
