We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components, systems, and equipment. Have to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles Responsibilities Collaborate with the engineering team to develop mechanical designs for new products or components, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Work closely with prototyping and testing teams to build and test prototypes, iterate designs based on feedback, and ensure designs meet quality standards. Develop detailed mechanical designs, including 3D models and 2D drawings, using industry-standard software like SolidWorks or Solidedge. Conduct feasibility studies, perform design calculations and simulations to validate and optimize mechanical components. Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the design process. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall product quality. Skills Required : Experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machines)in industries like Agro Industry machines, packaging machine, Special Purpose Vehicles Modification, Robotics, Other SPM Design Machines Proficiency in 3D CAD software SolidWorks or Solidedge preferred Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas and concepts. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
