Role Overview: We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented intern to support our WhatsApp Business API operations. This role involves working with clients, internal teams, and Meta's Business Manager tools to ensure smooth onboarding, integration and support. Key Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding businesses onto the WhatsApp Business API. Coordinate with Meta partners and clients to configure phone numbers, display names and messaging templates. Monitor API message logs, delivery status and troubleshoot issues. Support testing and integration efforts with client development teams. Help manage BSP (Business Solution Provider) platforms and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure compliance with WhatsApp’s policies and approval workflows Respond to client queries via email, ticketing systems, or chat. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed studies in IT, Commerce, BMS, Computer Science or related fields Basic understanding of APIs, or Postman is a plus Good communication and problem-solving skills.
