Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Python to join our dynamic team at TechM. Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on Python. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask. Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with front end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). Understanding of Agile methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of professional experience in software development. Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
