About the Role We’re looking for our first Recruiter based in India, to help us scale our tech, go-to-market and business teams with the same thoughtfulness and precision that defines our US hiring. You’ll be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent across multiple functions including research, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success — partnering closely with leadership and helping shape how we tell the Cartesia story to the world.
