About the Role: Do you enjoy social media, networking, and starting meaningful conversations? We’re looking for Talent Partnership Interns who can actively engage recruiters and hiring managers on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and WhatsApp – and onboard them to hire through platform This is not your typical internship. You’ll be representing a next-gen AI-powered hiring platform, combining digital marketing, social engagement, and recruitment strategy – all in one role! 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: Hunt for Hiring Managers & Recruiters on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp groups, etc. Engage in Comments, DMs, Stories, Reels, and Hashtag Threads to start genuine hiring conversations. Create and post content (text/image/video) to attract recruiters . Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Canva, and others to craft targeted pitches and posts. Maintain a log of outreach, responses, and conversions. Coordinate with the internal team to onboard companies once interest is shown. You’re a Great Fit If You: Are active on LinkedIn and Instagram, and love creating content or engaging in professional conversations. Have a passion for HR, recruitment, business development, or marketing. Are a student, recent graduate, or someone in a career break looking for a high-impact internship. Are confident, proactive, and know how to influence people digitally. Can work independently with accountability (remote or hybrid from Hyderabad).
