Experience working with structured and unstructured data using SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools such as MLflow and experiment tracking frameworks. Experience building and maintaining data-driven pipelines for batch and near-real-time analytics. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making. Experience applying machine learning techniques at scale for real-world business problems. Exposure to cloud-based ML platforms such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, or Databricks. Demonstrated progressive experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles. Contributions to research projects, open-source initiatives, or participation in Kaggle competitions is a plus. Highly Desirable Experience (GenAI / Advanced Data Science) 3-6 months of experience working with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.), and prompt engineering. Hands-on experience fine-tuning transformer-based models for domain-specific applications. Experience building AI agents capable of task orchestration and tool usage (e.g., LangGraph, Auto-GPT, AgentOps). Practical exposure to Generative AI use cases such as summarization, search, recommendation, or conversational AI.
