Job Description
Marketing & Lead Generation (40%) Generate qualified leads through content marketing, social media, webinars, and targeted outreach Create bi-weekly demo videos, write tutorials, case studies, and sales enablement materials Build and execute campaigns to drive product awareness and trial signups Maintain CRM, track funnel metrics, and optimize conversion at each stage Product Demos & Customer Development (30%) Conduct product demos for prospects and gather feedback on pain points and feature requests Own the onboarding experience for new users and early customers Run regular customer check-ins to understand usage patterns and expansion opportunities Close 2-4 customers monthly through consultative sales approach Product Management & Roadmap (30%) Collect, synthesize, and prioritize user feedback to inform product direction Maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with founders and technical team Document feature requests, user stories, and competitive insights Work closely with engineering to ensure customer needs are translated into product improvements Weekly strategy sessions with founders to align growth initiatives with product development Targets (directional, not rigid): Month 3: 5-8 customers, 30+ qualified pipeline, 6 demo videos, initial product roadmap documented Month 6: 12+ customers, 50+ qualified pipeline, complete sales playbook, 3 customer testimonials, validated PLG framework
