Job Description
Key Responsibilities Assist in reviewing legal documents, agreements, and internal policies for accuracy and completeness. Conduct compliance checks to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Review and analyze transcripts, communication data, and product-related content for any legal or compliance flags. Support the team in drafting and updating legal templates, disclaimers, terms & conditions, and SOPs. Maintain organized documentation and ensure proper version control. Assist in researching regulatory frameworks, risk areas, data privacy guidelines, and industry legal standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, HR, and Leadership) to ensure timely completion of reviews. Provide general administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team as required. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB / BLS LLB / BA LLB or equivalent law degree. Strong command over English with excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills. High attention to detail and ability to identify risk elements in documents. Good understanding of basic legal concepts (contracts, confidentiality, compliance, data privacy norms). Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality. Strong research skills and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Comfortable working with digital tools, transcription platforms, and document management systems.
