About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Managing Director (MD) with a strong background in the granite industry to lead our operations, strategy, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a deep understanding of granite manufacturing, processing, sales, and export, and the ability to drive business results from day one. Immediate availability is a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall business operations including production, supply chain, sales, and export in the granite sector. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability targets. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize costs and maximize margins. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations. Drive innovation in production processes and product development to maintain competitive edge. Manage and mentor senior management and operational teams for performance excellence. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Required Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the granite industry or related natural stone sectors. Demonstrated track record managing manufacturing, processing, and sales operations. Strong knowledge of export regulations and international trade related to granite. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Immediate joining availability is mandatory.
