Key Responsibilities: Upgrade/Redevelop Classic and Responsive Nintex Forms to New Responsive Forms. Migrate Nintex Workflows for Office 365 to Nintex Workflow Cloud and redevelop relevant task forms. Analyze and refactor existing solutions with dependencies on SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, and Content Types. Collaborate with senior developers and business users to gather requirements and validate solutions. Perform testing and post-migration support. Required Skills: Hands on experience with Nintex Forms and Workflows (O365 and/or Workflow Cloud). Working knowledge of Form and Workflow Designer Understanding of form logic, rules, and workflow design Hands on experience on Controls, Events, Actions, error handling and large data handling Good understanding with SharePoint Online (Lists, Libraries, Content Types). Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Good to have Skills: Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Knowledge of REST APIs or SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Experience with migration tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
