We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Vice President – HR to lead and drive strategic HR initiatives for our auto components business. This role demands strong expertise in Talent Management, Strategic HR, Organizational Development, and Business Partnering with proven leadership in large-scale HR transformation. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring organizational growth and workforce readiness. Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline. Organizational Development: Drive cultural transformation, change management, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness. HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to provide insights, solutions, and HR support to achieve operational excellence. Performance & Learning: Oversee performance management, competency frameworks, and talent development programs to enhance employee capability. Succession Planning: Develop robust succession strategies to ensure leadership continuity across critical functions. Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant, progressive, and support a diverse and inclusive workplace. Key Skills & Competencies Proven expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Strategy, and Succession Planning. Strong track record of leading HR functions in manufacturing / auto components / large-scale industries. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change across global teams. Strong business acumen with a balance of strategic thinking and execution. Qualifications MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute. 10–19 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Prior experience in a Foreign MNC or large manufacturing setup preferred.
