Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in the role of Management Assistant & Business Analyst. This multifaceted position requires a candidate who can wear many hats, overseeing diverse responsibilities ranging from project management and software development to research and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, a meticulous organizer, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: § Research on MSME schemes and get the company empaneled § Apply to various Angel Investment Applications – both Domestic & international groups § Contacting Various personnel of different Angel Investment groups on LinkedIn § Research various grants and draft compelling grant proposals. Financial acumen & Pitch Deck: § Data Research and Validation using google research and chat Gpt § Making pitch decks § Tweak & alter existing Financial Models § Tweak and create IRR calculators § Researching historical cashflows and free cashflow data for listed stocks,, Pre- IPO and rights issues. Legal Review: Scrutinize legal contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), ensuring compliance and mitigating risks Work closely with legal counsel to draft and revise agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Executive Outreach: § Speak to NBFCs on partnerships § Contact Vendors for e-nach and payments gateways- to negotiate and to able to explain business and close. § Liaise with Board of Advisors § Conduct pitch presentation to investors Miscellaneous: § Troubleshooting & follow up with different stakeholders § Update google repositories & Drives § To read FRD and to audit the platforms and give suggestions to developers § To write FRDs § To co-ordinate with placement cells and hire interns a sand when required including Legal interns § Collate and organize document collections and as and when needed for different activities from CAs, CS and other stakeholders § Opening up accounts like Bank accounts, Demat account and the likes of such for the Company. Qualifications: § Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. § Experience in Financial Analysis. § Excellent communication and organizational skills. § Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
