Job Description
Role Overview: The Assistant Territory Manager for Distribution sales plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within their assigned territory through resellers and B2B leads. This position involves proactive field sales activities, including client prospecting, meetings, and presentations, to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking to effectively penetrate markets and drive business growth. • Identify and prospect new B2B & B2CH within the territory. • Service existing customers with replenishment orders. • Plan with onground execution branding and marketing activities fror resellers. • Support in developing & executing sales plans to achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through visits to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company's products. • Collaborate with internal teams and Internal Sales Managers to address client needs and concerns, focusing on growing the sales. • Prepare & present sales reports and analysis to management on a regular basis. • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company offerings. • Assist in resolving client issues and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner. • Gather Market Intelligence information during the Field Visit of the leads visit . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Sales Revenue: Achieving or exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory. Also driving the sale through for the B2CH partners in ther territory • Reseller activation & sell-through: POS activation through banding & marketing activities. Also supporting the resellers to maximise sell through. • New Customers: Acquire new customers (B2B & B2CH) through field sales efforts. • Sales pipeline generation: Generate & convert SO with optimally within the territory. • Meeting daily efforts benchmark as per company’s SOP. Key Result Area (KRA): 1. Territory Management: Effectively manage and prioritize field sales activities within the assigned territory. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. 3. Outstation Days: Grow presence through visits in the designated territories. Minimum 12 days outstation travel. 4. 5. Sales Efficiency: Ratio of field sales activities to closed deals. Average revenue per customer . Skills, Qualifications & Experience 1. At least 2 years of experience in field sales of consumer durable industry 2. Good communication & presentation skills 3. Past experience in outdoor or adventure industry would be preferable. 4. Graduate or Post graduate 5. Good at Internet surfing 6. Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook 7. Should own a vehicle for local area commutation Growth & Compensation:
