We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support quick commerce operations by partnering closely with business leaders and operations teams. This is a strategic and execution-focused HRBP role involving people planning, workforce effectiveness, and employee relations. Site visits will be required as and when business needs arise to support operations and resolve people-related matters. Key Responsibilities Partner with operations leaders to drive people strategy aligned with quick commerce business goals Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, engagement, and compliance Provide HRBP support for workforce planning, performance management, and retention initiatives Conduct site visits as and when required to support on-ground operations and employee relations Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation Track and analyze HR metrics such as attendance, attrition, and manpower productivity Prepare MIS, reports, and insights using Excel and presentations Identify people risks and recommend data-driven solutions Drive engagement and culture initiatives aligned with operational needs Required Skills & Competencies Minimum 1+ year experience in Operations HR / HRBP / Field HR Strong understanding of quick commerce / operations-driven workforce Hands-on experience with HR MIS, Excel, and data analysis Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and decision-making mindset High ownership and ability to work in dynamic environments Flexibility to travel for site visits whenever required Preferred Qualifications MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field Experience in quick commerce, logistics, delivery, or hyperlocal businesses is a plus What This Role Offers Core HRBP exposure in a fast-growing quick commerce ecosystem Opportunity to partner closely with business leadership High-impact role with strong growth potential
