Role Summary We are looking for a Full Stack Lead to own end-to-end development across backend, web, mobile, and deployment infrastructure. This role will lead architecture, development, and release of scalable products across Python backend, React web applications, Flutter mobile apps, and DevOps infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead full-stack product development across backend, web, and mobile Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python Develop and maintain web applications using React JS Build and manage mobile applications using Flutter Own DevOps, cloud deployment, CI/CD, release management, and infrastructure reliability Ensure platform security, data privacy, and engineering best practices across deployments Work closely with product, design, and hardware teams to deliver production-ready releases Mentor developers and drive technical architecture and team execution Preferred Experience 6–10 years in full-stack software development Strong hands-on experience in Python, React JS, Flutter, and DevOps Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation Experience building scalable SaaS, digital health, IoT, or connected-device platforms preferred Good understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks including SOC 2, Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), and HIPAA Experience implementing secure architecture, access controls, audit logs, data retention, and compliance-ready systems Strong architecture, debugging, and engineering leadership skills
