Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Delivery leader. Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process. Assign work to the team members, guide and support them to prioritize and ensure on time closures Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets . Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost & quality Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team. To ensure the ATS is properly used and should be involved in driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding Required Candidate profile: Should have a minimum work experience of 6 - 8 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from services organization, adept at volume hiring and managing staff augmentation requirements Good at Tech Hiring Good at Social Media hiring methodologies.
