We are hiring a Data / Application Testing & QA Lead for a large-scale healthcare platform migration program (Vision Platform Consolidation - VPC). This is a hands-on Test Lead role requiring strong technical expertise along with team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead offshore QA execution in alignment with onshore QA teams Perform hands-on test execution and support automation efforts Create module-level test plans and test strategy documentation Conduct strong data validation, reconciliation, and defect analysis using SQL Ensure adherence to overall test strategy and quality standards Manage defect tracking and reporting using tools like Jira or Rally Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams Mandatory Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in QA / Testing with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead role Proven experience leading offshore QA teams in enterprise-scale programs Hands-on experience with test automation tools (AccelQ or similar) Strong SQL expertise for data validation and analysis Experience in test planning and documentation Experience with defect management tools (Jira / Rally) Strong communication skills for onshore-offshore coordination Healthcare domain experience (Claims processing preferred) Preferred Skills Experience in platform migration or consolidation projects Knowledge of EDI transactions (837 / 834) Exposure to batch processing, parallel testing, and data migration Experience working with vendor or COTS platforms Additional Information This is a hands-on Test Lead role, not just coordination Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model Strong domain and technical expertise will be prioritized Background Verification (Mandatory) Education Check Employment Verification Database Check Criminal Check Address Verification CIBIL Check
