About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s passionate about design, creativity, and data-driven storytelling. As part of Falcon’s marketing and design team, you’ll contribute to building a cohesive digital presence for our Fintech products — from social media campaigns to UI/UX interfaces and AI-powered marketing workflows. What You’ll Work On Digital-first design: Create high-impact social media posts, campaigns, landing pages, and brand collaterals that bring Falcon’s story to life. Content strategy: Plan, write, and execute social media content across platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility. Product design: Contribute to UI/UX development for web and mobile Fintech products — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. AI-accelerated workflows: Use tools like Figma AI, ChatGPT, and Canva Magic Studio to ideate, iterate, and produce designs faster. Performance tracking: Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions. Brand consistency: Ensure a cohesive design and messaging tone across all digital channels and touchpoints. What We’re Looking For A creative mindset with a strong sense of visual hierarchy, balance, and typography. Strong attention to detail with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and scalability. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent design tools. Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing trends, and content optimization. Ability to design and strategize for both brand and product contexts. Interest in Fintech, startups, and product marketing. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment — quick to learn and execute. A portfolio or sample work showing versatility across digital design, UI, and social media campaigns.
