Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Sales and Pre Sales Expert with over 15 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in pre sales activities, demonstrating a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and their application in various business environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate the value of ServiceNow products to potential clients and support the sales team in closing deals. Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, providing tailored ServiceNow solutions. Lead pre sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase ServiceNow capabilities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with client requirements. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow, providing insights and guidance on best practices and implementation strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and RFP responses that highlight the benefits of ServiceNow solutions. Maintain up to date knowledge of ServiceNow products, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to product management and development teams based on client interactions and market needs. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in ServiceNow sales and pre sales roles with a strong focus on SME knowledge. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Strong understanding of ServiceNow products, modules, and their applications in various industries. Demonstrated ability to lead pre sales engagements and drive successful outcomes. Experience in developing and delivering high quality proposals and RFP responses. Preferred Skills: Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer). Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in sales and pre sales roles, with a focus on ServiceNow solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a customer centric approach.
