The BDM – Solutions Sales will be responsible for driving new business by selling solutions to prospective customers across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for solution-based offerings Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to understand business challenges Position diverse ERP and digital solutions aligned to customer needs Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposals and demos Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Track market trends and competitor offerings Required Experience & Skills: 4–6 years of experience in IT Solutions Sales Strong understanding of ERP / enterprise applications Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience selling to APAC customers is a plus Ability to work from Hyderabad office and support global customers
