Job Description Tax Senior - Global Mobility / Expatriate Management Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”) commenced operations in June 2004. All Deloitte Tax U.S. service lines have Deloitte Tax in India professionals aligned with US counterparts to deliver tax services to clients. Business Impact: Ensure high-quality client service, Improve accuracy and turnaround & Mentor and support team members. Work you’ll do As a Tax Senior, you will collaborate daily with high-performing teams, work closely with Manager and ensure that the engagement deliverables are met on time. Daily tasks may include interacting with Deloitte Global offices and client teams to meet client deadlines, organizing trainings based on the practice requirements, generating various reports and dashboards for the leadership, and providing appropriate recommendations based on information available. Manage large accounts through the adoption of core centralized practices. Responsibilities: Act as primary contact for HR and international assignees throughout the expat lifecycle. Supporting the team members with reviews and queries. Review assignment documents (e.g. assignment letters, balance sheets, cost projections). Conduct assignment briefings. Coordinate cross-functional services globally. Collaborate with Deloitte member firms worldwide. Review vendor management and vendor invoicing processes. The Team You will be a member of the USI EMEA GES core Global Mobility Managed services team for Tax Practice, which focuses on assisting clients with multiple aspects of Global Mobility such as Vendor invoice reviews, assignment letters prep, cost projections, etc. Qualifications Experienced Global Mobility professional with experience of 5-8 years either within a Big 4 or BPO/Shared Service Centre. Degree/master’s in business/economics/Cultural Studies or equivalent. Minimum 5-8 years of Global Mobility experience. Experience in Global Mobility HR project work. Strong analytical skills. Excellent MS Office skills. Equus’ AssignmentPro skills are a plus. German language skills would be a plus. Structured and solution-oriented work style. Coaching and supporting team members Strong client communication and stakeholder skills.
