Hiring for client What you’ll do AI Agent Management: Steering and coordinating AI agents Create feasibility studies and strategic roadmaps for AI Agents and Use Cases Orchestrate service processes and data Developing self-service solutions Integrating AI-powered tools for service and support Data Lake / Knowledge Integration: Integrating data sources (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, Jira, SharePoint) Utilising machine learning and natural language processing Establishing a central data pool for AI applications Build, train, and validate machine learning models using structured and unstructured data GMS AI Orchestration Platform Architecture: Developing and support the platform Ensuring scalability and security Integrating new services and technologies Innovate the platform What you’ll need To succeed in the team, the following skills and attributes are important: We are looking overall 15 - 20 years experienced candidates, as a AI consultant 6 - 8 years Interest in and openness to innovation and new technologies, especially AI Experience with data integration, machine learning, natural language processing, or platform architecture (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, Jira, SharePoint) Experiences in Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, Machine Learning, CUDA, etc. Willingness to develop in a dynamic, technology-driven environment Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex problems into understandable solutions. Ability to communicate technical details in a way that is accessible to non-technical stakeholders Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Independent working style with a high degree of responsibility and proactive problem-solving abilities Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively in international context
