Roles and responsibilities – On the job training will be provided • Provide technical assistance for Windows and MacBook laptops and computers. • Handle software upgrades, patch management, and application installations as per requirements. • Coordinate with third-party vendors for computer hardware repairs and • Operate the IT Lounge as a walk-in support center, providing welcoming and efficient support. • Address end-user issues promptly, creating positive interactions at every touchpoint. • Leverage feedback to improve service and user experience. • Conduct routine health checks of AV equipment in conference rooms and printers. • Assist with key events, including setup and troubleshooting of AV equipment. • Assist with managing corporate mobile phone connections and data cards, coordinating with vendors as needed. • Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory, including hardware tagging and asset reconciliation. • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 engineers or relevant teams as per escalation protocols. • Document all incidents and ensure timely resolution.
