Job Description
Experience: 3–5 years Segments: Residential & C&I Location: India (travel required) We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Lead who owns the complete sales journey for Energy Storage Systems — from first customer conversation to commercial closure and project handover. This is not a pre-sales role. This is full sales ownership with strong technical depth. What you will own End-to-end ESS sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → closure → handover Understanding customer energy needs: load, backup, solar, tariffs Preparing and presenting: Techno-commercial proposals System sizing and configuration justifications ROI / savings calculations Customer meetings, site visits, and commercial discussions Pricing, negotiation, and contract closure Coordination with engineering and projects teams for execution alignment Building repeat and referral business What we expect 3–5 years in solar / electrical / inverter / power systems / ESS sales Ability to read SLDs, layouts, and technical data sheets Understanding of lithium batteries, inverters, AC/DC systems Strong ownership, communication, and commercial acumen Comfort engaging with both homeowners and C&I decision makers Ideal for someone who wants to grow into a regional or national ESS sales leader in a fast-growing energy transition company.
