Job Title: Backend Developer (Python+ Odoo) Developer (2+ Years Experience)Location: ChennaiEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 2+ yearsIndustry: [e.g., ERP Software, IT Services, Retail, Manufacturing] Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo and Python development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules and integrating third-party tools to meet client requirements. If you’re passionate about ERP systems and love solving real-world business challenges through code, we want to hear from you. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.). Create new features and improve existing functionalities using Python and the Odoo framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. Integrate Odoo with third-party services via APIs (REST/SOAP). Perform code reviews, bug fixing, testing, and performance tuning. Deploy Odoo solutions and provide post-deployment support. Prepare technical documentation for developed features and customizations. Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo development (v12 or later). Strong proficiency in Python programming. Good understanding of PostgreSQL, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in Odoo backend and frontend development. Familiarity with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module architecture. Knowledge of Git for version control. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
