Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across roles like Adobe Workfront/Fusion Developers, QA Engineers, Full Stack Developers, System Architects, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and more. Partner with hiring managers in the to understand role requirements, skills, and cultural fit. Use innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates across Leverage market knowledge to advise on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal experience preferred). Meet and exceed targets, SLAs, and hiring deadlines. What You Bring 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure Candidates must have proven experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or recruitment processes. Solid track record in technical recruitment and global sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche tech platforms, referrals). Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets. Ability to engage with international candidates across multiple time zones. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with ATS (Ceipal preferred). Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
