If you’re a Computer Science student who loves building products that actually scale, experimenting with AI, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and seeing your code used by thousands of enterprise users, this is the place for you. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and AI specialists to bring new ideas to life. What you’ll do 1. Build & Innovate • Design and develop new features for SmartWinnr’s web and mobile apps. • Work with modern stacks: React, Node.js, MongoDB, Angular, and Ionic. • Contribute to scalable backend APIs, front-end performance optimization, and microservice integrations. 2. Learn & Grow • Work alongside seasoned engineers and product leads who will mentor you on SaaS architecture, agile workflows, and clean code practices. • Participate in code reviews, sprints, and product design discussions. • Gain exposure to real-time data, AI integrations, and hybrid mobile frameworks (Ionic, Capacitor). 3. Collaborate & Execute • Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Design, and AI teams. • Learn how to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced product environment. • Take ownership of your mini-projects, from concept to deployment. • Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • Proficient in JavaScript, Angular 10+, React, Node.js, and MongoDB. • Familiarity with Ionic 4+, or Cordova/Capacitor is a plus. • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. • Comfortable working with Git and agile development environments. Soft Skills • Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Strong problem-solving mindset with a love for learning. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • A drive to see your code make an impact.
