We are looking for individuals to participate in a high-tech AI training project. This role involves wearing virtual reality equipment and performing specific movements to help train and refine AI models. Roles & ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation: Wear VR headsets and hand sensor equipment throughout the shift. Task Execution: Perform structured tasks and movements as directed by the project brief. Data Production: Participate in recorded activities for AI training and production purposes. Shift Adherence: Work daily hours ranging from 6 to 10+ hours depending on project demand. RequirementsCommunication: Functional level of English comprehension and spoken communication. Screening: Must clear a mandatory Screening Day (Day 1) upon reporting. Readiness: Must review the Workstation PDF, Task PDF, and Sample Video prior to the first day. Compensation & Benefits (CTC)Hourly Rate: ₹350 per hour. Pay Basis: Calculated on total working hours logged. Monthly CTC (Min): ₹54,600 (Based on 6 hours/day for 26 days). Monthly CTC (Max): ₹91,000+ (Based on 10+ hours/day for 26 days). Accommodation: Company-provided PG accommodation and meals are included.
