Job Description
As an Senior Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Strategic Analytics & Insights team based in the US, Therapy Areas Insights Directors, Ecosystem Insights Leads, and the broader GATE team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights that support strategic priorities, ultimately aiming for the greatest impact with customers and patients. Your Opportunity Support US pricing, contracting, and managed markets analytics, including ASP, WAC, 340B impacts, NCR calculations, and pricing scenario modeling. Analyze payer contract performance (rebates, discounts, access terms) and support payer pull-through targeting/ measurement, highlighting access wins, risks, and opportunities. Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports tracking pricing execution, contract effectiveness, distribution performance, and access outcomes. Deliver managed markets insights across formulary position, utilization management, payer segmentation, and access sophistication. Leverage US healthcare datasets including medical and pharmacy claims, lives and coverage data (DRG, MMIT, Policy Reporter), specialty pharmacy, rebate, and affiliation data. Apply analytical techniques such as longitudinal analysis, time-series analysis, and segmentation to answer complex business questions. Collaborate with US Pricing, Market Access, Managed Markets, and Finance teams in a global onshore–offshore model, with flexibility for IST–US overlap. Who you are You hold a bachelor degree in Technology or a relevant discipline, with a preference for Computer Science, Software, Statistics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and related fields and 4-8 years of analytics / consulting experience, with 2-5 years specifically in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics projects. Master’s Degree or any certifications on analytics or data science would be an added advantage. Must demonstrate expertise in US Pharma Commercial Operations and possess a strong background in Payer Analytics (Payer Pull through, Contracting, Pricing) Exposure to 340B programs, payer contracting, gross-to-net drivers, or managed markets analytics. Experience supporting quarterly or cyclical pricing and contract operations. Experience supporting US stakeholders from an offshore delivery model. Experience with a range of secondary data sets, including IQVIA Sales data, 867 data, LAAD Claims, affiliations, field interactions, Veeva, medical data, lives data , coverage data from DRG, MMIT , Policy Reporter and rebates data Exposure to therapeutic areas like oncology, neurology, immunology, etc., along with a working knowledge of Salesforce or Veeva, is a valuable additional qualification Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL, along with knowledge programming language such as Python Demonstrated strong presentation and communication skills, with a track record of effectively presenting to stakeholders and adeptly handling their questions and inquiries Proven experience in translating research and analysis into succinct and persuasive business narratives that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives
