Job Summary: This role focuses on designing and optimizing advanced forecasting models, statistical solutions, and AI-driven capabilities to support financial planning and business performance. It emphasizes enterprise-scale financial forecasting while expanding into areas such as generative AI, LLM-powered analytics, causal inference, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Strategy, Engineering, and Product—to translate complex insights into actionable decisions, with strong opportunities for growth as the organization continues to scale its AI/ML capabilities. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements. Drive best practices in data science. Ensure data quality and integrity in all processes. Mentor and guide junior data scientists. Stay updated with the latest trends in data science. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline. Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or building RAG-based applications. Exposure to agentic AI workflows, AI-assisted coding tools, or LLM-powered prototypes for analytical use cases. Experience with causal inference, A/B testing, or experimentation design. Familiarity with MLOps: model versioning, automated retraining, and pipeline orchestration. Strong business judgment with creative and strategic thinking.
