Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Executive to manage customer onboarding, support, and long-term success for our healthcare clients. This role will ensure smooth implementation, customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption of our solutions across hospitals and care teams. Key Responsibilities Lead customer onboarding and implementation for new accounts Act as the primary point of contact for hospitals and customers post-sales Drive product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction Resolve customer issues by coordinating with product, support, and operations teams Conduct regular follow-ups, training, and relationship management with clients Track renewals, retention, feedback, and customer health metrics Preferred Experience 4–8 years in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Servicing Experience in healthcare, medtech, SaaS, or digital health preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience handling enterprise or hospital customers is a plus Ability to manage onboarding, escalations, and cross-functional coordination
