Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Architect to design, implement, and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the broader Oracle CX ecosystem. The role involves both solution architecture and hands-on development, including configuration, customization, and integration with related Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud, coupled with a strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Configure, develop, and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs. Design and implement compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models. Develop integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules Provide technical leadership to offshore/onsite teams and ensure smooth delivery. Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and performance tuning of ICM implementations. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, new features, and best practices. Prepare solution design documents, technical specifications, and user training material. Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. Required Skills & Experience: Atleast 10+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud. Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive structures, and compensation rules. Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment. Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS). Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports. Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred. Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Should be able to work independently on pre-sales work and sales demos to customer. Guide team to create new artifacts considering future trends Nice to Have: Oracle Cloud certification(s).
