We are seeking BCA students who are currently pursuing their degree to join as CRM Automation Apprentices. This role is ideal for students with good communication skills and basic familiarity with CRM and sales tools, looking to gain real-world experience in automation and SaaS operations. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day CRM operations and data management Assist in integrating and using tools such as Twenty and Apollo.io Upload, manage, and validate CSV / Excel data files Coordinate with internal teams using CRM tools for lead tracking Maintain accurate communication logs and CRM records Learn and support CRM automation workflows Required Skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Basic understanding or exposure to CRM tools Familiarity with tools like Twenty and Apollo.io (learning level is acceptable) Comfortable working with Excel / CSV files Willingness to learn CRM automation and integrations Attention to detail and responsibility mindset Who Can Apply BCA students currently pursuing their degree College students looking for practical industry exposure Candidates comfortable with remote work Work Details Working Hours: Flexible Work Schedule: 5 days a week Training: Provided Stipend & Growth Stipend starts from ₹25,000/month Performance-based increase during apprenticeship Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
