The BDM – Services Sales will focus on selling IT services, including staffing, AMS, managed services, Application Development, QA/Testing, and project-based delivery, primarily across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue through IT services and staffing engagements Identify client needs for AMS, ad-hoc support, and project services Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure fulfillment Manage service proposals, commercials, and contract negotiations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling services Required Experience & Skills: 4–6 years of experience in IT Services / Staffing Sales Strong understanding of resource-based and managed service models Experience working with remote and offshore delivery teams Excellent relationship management and account growth skills APAC market exposure preferred
