Collaborate with the development team to design and implement backend systems and APIs. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Go or Django (Python). Work with PostgreSQL and Redis to manage and store data efficiently. Assist in optimizing database queries and performance tuning. Support backend integration with third-party services, ensuring smooth functionality. Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Contribute to the architecture and development of new features. Who are we looking for? 0-2 years of experience in backend development. Hands-on experience with Go or Django (Python). Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and caching systems like Redis. Knowledge of message queuing services like AWS SQS, Kafka, or Redis is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. What Join Us?
