About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and scaling of our web applications. Roles & Responsibilities Technical Architecture & Execution Full Stack Development: Design, build, and deliver scalable full-stack features using Vue 3, Node.js, and MongoDB. Code Excellence: Own code quality by conducting PR reviews, enforcing engineering standards, and driving continuous refactoring. System Architecture: Define technical architectures for new features, microservices, and third-party integrations. DevOps & Stability: Maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimize infrastructure, and ensure high operational stability across environments. Team Leadership & Delivery Agile Management: Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives). Task Allocation: Deconstruct product requirements into clear engineering tasks and manage assignments across the team. Delivery Tracking: Track team progress, manage timelines, report updates, and proactively clear technical blockers. People & Growth: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide structured performance feedback, and mentor junior and mid-level developers on engineering best practices and career growth. Hiring: Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidate assessments to help scale the engineering team. Stakeholder Alignment & Operations Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Product, Operations, and Leadership teams. Technical Translation: Clearly communicate technical constraints, architecture tradeoffs, and delivery timelines to non-technical stakeholders. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architectures, technical decisions, and internal processes. Modern Engineering: Drive the team's adoption of modern practices and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM-driven workflows). Key Requirements Experience & Leadership 5+ years of total software development experience, with 1+ years in a Lead or Senior position. Demonstrated experience leading a team of 5+ developers in an Agile environment. Proven track record in the E-commerce, Marketplace, or B2B SaaS domains. Technical Skills Frontend: Expert proficiency in Vue.js 3 (Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router, and clean component architecture). Backend: Strong foundation in Node.js (Express.js or Fastify, REST API design, async handling, JWT/OAuth2 authentication). Database: Deep hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, query optimization, indexing, aggregation pipelines, Mongoose). DevOps & Tools: Mastery of Git workflows (PR discipline, GitFlow), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or equivalent), basic Docker, and fundamental AWS services (EC2, S3). Exposure to EKS/ECS is a plus. Communication & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and business teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience integrating AI and LLM APIs (OpenAI API, Claude API, or similar framework implementations). Familiarity with container orchestration (AWS EKS or ECS).
