Job Description As a Guide Procurement Project Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing and executing procurement projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by guiding cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing best practices to optimize procurement processes and achieve project objectives. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines Lead crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project goals are met Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings Manage supplier relationships, including conducting supplier performance evaluations and driving continuous improvement Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the procurement process Monitor and control project costs, seek costsaving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation Leverage technology solutions, such as procurement software and analytics, to enhance procurement processes, monitoring, and reporting Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 10+ years of experience in procurement, project management, or a related role. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. WE VALUE Master's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends. Strong thoughtful and data-driven decision-making skills.
