Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the end-to-end hiring strategy for our India operations. This role will focus on building a future-ready workforce, driving leadership hiring, and establishing scalable hiring processes for both white-collar and blue-collar talent in the auto components industry. Key Responsibilities TA Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the talent acquisition roadmap aligned with business growth plans. Leadership & Critical Hiring: Drive CXO / senior-level recruitment to build a strong leadership bench. Employer Branding: Position the organization as an employer of choice in the manufacturing & auto components sector. Hiring Excellence: Standardize recruitment processes, ensuring quality, speed, and cost efficiency. Diversity Hiring: Build and implement strategies for inclusive and diverse hiring. Campus & Early Talent Programs: Partner with top engineering and management institutes to establish robust graduate and leadership trainee programs. Vendor & Technology Management: Manage recruitment partners, digital platforms, and advanced TA tools for maximum efficiency. Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders on long-term manpower planning and succession pipelines. Analytics & Insights: Use data-driven insights to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve TA performance. Key Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in leadership hiring, lateral recruitment, and campus hiring. Proven ability to scale hiring for large manufacturing setups with multi-location operations. Deep knowledge of TA technology platforms, ATS, and employer branding best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and global teams. Strong analytical mindset with focus on metrics and outcomes.
