What Will You Drive Build and scale AI-powered voice bots and chatbots that automate real, end-to-end business workflows. Work hands-on with LLMs to design and iterate prompts, create conversational flows, and rapidly ship improvements. Take bots from idea → pilot → rollout, partnering closely with product, operations, engineering, and business teams. Continuously improve bot performance by auditing calls/chats, identifying failure modes, expanding intent coverage, and refining tone and guardrails. Own analytics and reporting by writing SQL queries to track key metrics such as quality, containment, conversion, and CSAT. (Bonus) Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualise bot performance and impact. What Are We Looking For A curious and hands-on intern who enjoys experimenting, learning quickly, and iterating fast. Comfortable working with LLMs and basic prompt engineering. Strong in SQL querying (with or without AI assistance). Familiarity with Tableau is a plus. Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across teams. Preferred: Final-year students / 2026 graduates. NOTE - This is an internship position intended for students or recent graduates and is not a full-time role.
