Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai Industry: Forgings / Manufacturing Experience: 7 12 Years (Team Handling Experience Required) Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR, MSW, or related discipline Salary: Up to 8 LPA (Based on Experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled HR Generalist with strong experience in the Forgings/Manufacturing industry. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and workforce management while leading a team to drive HR excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment & selection, onboarding, induction, and workforce planning. Oversee payroll management, attendance, and HR operations. Ensure 100% compliance with PF, ESI, Factories Act, and other statutory labour laws. Drive Performance Management System (PMS), appraisals, and employee development plans. Formulate and implement HR policies, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures. Conduct training & development programs to enhance workforce skills. Provide strategic HR inputs to management for business growth. Lead and guide the HR team, ensuring efficiency and compliance in all HR processes. Maintain relationships with external statutory bodies, consultants, and vendors. Requirements: MBA / PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification. 7–12 years of HR experience in the Forgings / Manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of labour laws, factory HR practices, and compliance. Proven team handling and leadership skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Note: Only candidates with relevant Forgings/Manufacturing background and strong compliance knowledge will be considered.
