Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION Candidates will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from customers. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Ability to communicate with our global customers in both written and spoken English within corporate environment ● Should have basic knowledge of hospitality and service industry. ● Should have knowledge of bookings such as hotel, flights , travel. ● Flexible to work in blended business. (Calls , chat and emails) ● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction ● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication ● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools ● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies ELIGIBILITY- ● Excellent English Communication and presentation skills. ● Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. ● Versant skills with C1 Level. ● Undergraduate/Graduate with min 6 months of experience. WORK CULTURE- 5.5 days a week with rotational off Rational Shift Cabs available in evening and night shifts , 180RS travel allowance per day only for male employees in evening and night shifts.
